We accept a variety of types of payments. They include cash, checks, major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. If the payment method has not been listed, please contact the representative communicating with you.

If you need details about any of your ongoing payments, please reach out to your sales reps; they will get you this information.

If you are having an issue with alerteer, please contact the alerteer sales team. They would happily help you fix your grievances with the application and process your cancellation.

Please contact your IT representative, as they will help you through the process. There will be a few things that you should have on hand, including the cell phone number and email address.

If you have issues remembering your passwords, our IT department can help you get back into your account.
